This painting is very personal to me, and served as the top of my graduation cap for my undergraduate degree. It is a recreation of Elton John's 1973 album "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road", which is one of my favorite albums of all time. Instead of Elton John as the focal point, I painted myself stepping away from the Yellow Brick Road, and surround myself with important memories from throughout my undergraduate career.
